Currently I am located in Rio Rancho New Mexico and will be working as an archivist for a private research company. I have a passion for the preservation of history and assisting my fellow scholars with research. One of my past projects was an oral history project devoted to women who serve in the Army. I have expanded my education with hands on experience with military history and museum operations. I will be expanding my education into archiving. I value my strong communication skills and plan on enhancing my public speaking abilities for future lectures at the museum. Public outreach events have allowed me to make local connections in the history community. Public history allows historians to educate the public about history and I am honored to continue to educate my community.
